Bluesfest announces Jethro Tull, ZZ Top, John Legend in second round of artists

ZZ Top. Photo: Craig ONeal Following up an unprecedented first announcement that included Bob Dylan, B.B. King, Elvis Costello and Aaron Neville among others, Bluesfest have followed up with a second batch of true legends that doesn't disappoint.
When you have a first announcement that includes Dylan and King, there's really no way of topping it on subsequent announcements, but Bluesfest have brought the goods today with an eclectic new batch of artists that affirms that Bluesfest 2011 will be something truly special.
Bringing out the classic rock for the second announcement, Jethro Tull and ZZ Top top of the list. It certainly doesn't end there with reggae legends Toots & the Maytals and rising soul singer John Legend rounding things out.
There will also be return visits from the funky Booker T and Chicano rockers Los Lobos. Actor Tim Robbins will also for the first time bring his debut album to our shores.
