Sizzling 2011 brings together Bluejuice, Philadelphia Grand Jury and Purple Sneakers DJs

These three indie darlings join forces for a mammoth regional tour this summer, taking in 21 coastal and rural cities and towns over December and January.

During Sizzling 2010, Bluejuice's last regional Summer sojourn, the band had such a good time developing their forearm tans, hiding from giant cockroaches, and staring drunkenly at the ocean, that they've decided to do it all again; this time with their equally-as-sun-starved friends, Philadelphia Grand Jury and Purple Sneakers DJs.

The Sizzling 2011 caravan will traverse the Eastern states in January, a veritable sun-drenched musical carnival that will bring with it the breaking down of established social principles, chiefly the ones concerning the wearing of boardshorts onstage, and the wearing of black skinny jeans to the beach.
