Gareth Liddiard announces more shows and support acts

A week after the release of his debut solo album Strange Tourist (which critics are already calling an instant Australian classic), and due tp popular demand, Gareth Liddiard has added an extra Melbourne show to his tour. Along with his extra extra show at The Thornbury Theatre Gareth is also pleased to announce the cast of special guests who will be along for the ride as he brings the vivid imagery of his solo album to life across Australia in November.
In Melbourne Gareth will be joined by the sublime viola driven Sailor Days and on the second show by the gorgeously harmonic uke wielding Ukeladies. Adelaide’s guest is Sarah Chadwick stepping out solo from her usual duities with rockers Batrider. At Mojos in Perth Gareth will be joined by former Gutterville Splendour Six band mate Maurice Flavel and for a quadrella of shows in Newcastle, Kincumber, Brisbane and Sydney by the enchanting Loene Carmen.
