Eagle & The Worm tour nationally

Eagle & The Worm carry on their seemingly endless touring schedule by adding a national headline jaunt throughout October and November. Hailing from Melbourne but spreading their gospel far and wide, E&TW have made 2010 their own. Their debut single ‘Futureman’ and follow up ‘All I Know’ has seen the band gain a national identity and rapidly expanding fan base.

Their unique bedroom bred 4-track songwriting encapsulates the iconic sounds of 60's and 70's, spotlighting post-stardust Bowie, David Byrne, The E Street Band and the great pop bands of the era. It’s these sounds that have made Eagle & The Worm a nurtured addition to radio nationally, featuring consistently on Triple J and community radio playlists throughout the year.

Eagle & The Worm's live show, featuring an eight piece band, has been honed over the past months through two national tours with Dan Kelly and The Gin Club, plus festival spots including Cherry Rock, Boogie Festival, Brisbane Valley Fiesta and BIGSOUND. This year the band will also make their debut appearance at Falls Festival.

Eagle & The Worm's debut album Goodtimes will be in stores early 2011. The first two singles ‘Futureman' and 'All I Know' are available to purchase on 7" vinyl from the web and all live shows, or can be downloaded from iTunes.
