Due to other commitments, these bands will not be appearing at the Canberra festival, with Xavier Rudd and Deap Sea Arcade taking their spots on the bill.

The Panics’ recording schedule has changed meaning they are now required back in the studio in the US during the end of October.

Cloud Control were very much looking forward to their first Stonefest appearance in October but unfortunately, following their recent signing to UK label Infectious Records, the band are now to embark on a European tour during this period.

In their places will be the incomparable Xavier Rudd and exciting newcomers Deep Sea Arcade.

The wonderful Xavier Rudd who is arguable one of Australia’s most respected and widely acclaimed performers has been added to the lineup.

Rudd is no stranger to the festival circuit. He has played at some of the world’s most renowned events including Bonnaroo Music Festival, Ottawa Bluesfest and Austin City Limits and it is a pleasure to include him on the Stonefest bill.

Rudd’s music has the phenomenal ability to unify crowds and impassion audiences with its eclectic infusion of musical genres and unique global sounds.

Deep Sea Arcade are comprised of Vocalist Nic McKenzie, bassist Nick Weaver, drummer Carlos Adura and guitarists Simon Relf and Tim Chamberlain, can’t wait to play at Stonefest this year.

‘If you get the chance anytime soon, check out Deep Sea Arcade. Their mesmerising, joyful tunes combined with their vintage flair are guaranteed to lift your mood and have you out of your seat.’ – FasterLouder.com.au

The band are armed and ready to win hearts with their ethereal guitars, eclectic beats and bright melodies, prevalent in their current tracks ‘Don’t Be Sorry’ and ‘Lonely In Your Arms’.
