Punters yet to pick up a ticket for today and tomorrow's Sunset Sounds festival in Brisbane will be disappointed to hear that organisers have announced that the inaugural event has sold out. A limited number of 100 tickets a day will be available at the gate from 3pm each day.

With such a world class line up and the predicted picture perfect weather outlook, it’s said to be an aural delight, staged over two stunning evenings at Brisbane’s River Stage and Botanical Gardens.

Sunset Sounds is set to come alive Wednesday January 7th and Thursday January 8th, with a musical feast straight from the pleased crowds of the Falls Music & Arts Festivals in Lorne Vic and Marion Bay TAS to indulge Queenslanders with an unrivaled international and national swag of top shelf artists.

A treat for all the senses featuring :
WED 7th: THE HIVES (Sweden); THE CAT EMPIRE; THE KOOKS (UK); TEGAN AND SARA (Canada); SHARON JONES & THE DAP-KINGS (USA); FAKER; GOMEZ (UK); SOKO (France); YVES KLEIN BLUE; VIOLENT SOHO; THE GIN CLUB; THE ROCKETSMITHS and TINPAN ORANGE
&

For those of you who just missed out, there will be a very small batch of 100 tickets at the gate each day from 3pm, try your luck!

Dates: Wed 7th & Thu 8th January
Venue: Sunset Sounds combining the Riverstage in the City Gardens, and the Garden Stage and Hibiscus Stage in the Botanic Gardens, in Brisbane
