Although deep in the belly of winter, the fires of progress are steaming up the windows of the Southbound office. While we are still bathing in the warm glow of Southbound 2008, our sights are firmly fixed on the impending summer and the next year’s event, Southbound 2009.

As well as ticking off our wish list of the greatest musicians in the universe, we’ve also been busily bunkered down in cyberspace, tweaking the Sunset Events website for your mouse-clicking comfort.

Most importantly, come this Monday, August 11, we’ll be inviting music fans far and wide to update their subscriber information and register into the Southbound Pre-Sale Ticket Ballot to be first in line to secure their Southbound tickets – long before the masses.

The majority of tickets to Southbound 2009 will be allocated to subscribers who enter this year’s ballot. Tell the world, spread the happiness.
