Coming straight off their Big Day Out appearance Rogerthat are out and touring.
This is a dual purpose tour. It is the bands last tour before their European trip in May, June and July of this year and it is backing the iTunes only release of a live EP recorded late last year at the Factory in Sydney (from their tour last year with Ash Grunwald). The lead song from this recording, a version of who Knows (Hendrix) has already picked up play on Triple J and there is an accompanying live clip on youtube at www.youtube/cruiserweightmusic . Rogerthat are doing an East coast run with their good friends Sun Fire Souls from Amsterdam,– and in May the rogerthat guys will be heading to the Netherlands to return the favour, as it were by touring with SFS on their own patch. Elsewhere aboard the good ship Rogerthat, the band have just finished a clip, which will be up on their myspace and youtube sites in the next few days. That song (and clip), Jefferson Lane is a dedication to a house they lived in, and a street they lived on, is also being re-mixed by Rog’s mates in the Winnie Coopers – and it will be out in time for the tour.
